Bill's Teaching & Prophetic Ministry
Bill's greatest joy throughout his 45 years of ministry has been teaching. Through his books, courses, and live ministry times he shares the Word of God in a very practical and easy to understand manner. Prophetic Gifts
Bill has been mentored first-hand by several respected and experienced prophetic leaders, beginning in 1989. His prophetic gifting is a major part of his ministry and one of his greatest joys. Why? Because one prophetic word from God can encourage, edify, and exhort, as well as set someone free, give vital direction, or confirm His will for them - and often all at the same time.
Healing & Deliverance
Bill has also moved in the gift of healing in his personal and family life, as well as during his ministry times. This gifting began during the years of his evangelism ministry with Circus Alleluia as many thousands came to Christ, were physically healed, and often delivered from strongholds of darkness by the power of God.

Before you begin the life-changing journey into your God ordained Purpose and Destiny you must first lay the primary foundation of exactly what it means to be a son of God. This revelation of our identity and the position it creates for us is paramount and once that foundation is laid it allows us to continually transform our lives into the very image of Jesus.
The Certainty, Clarity, and Confidence resident in your God-ordained Purpose and Destiny is backed by legal statutes initiated by Him. These include Royal, Governmental, and Spiritual appointments that create maximum Legal Jurisdiction for you to fulfill the purpose and destiny for which God created you. This is a powerful and vital training to engage in and make a part of your Kingdom life.
Using Biblical examples and stories from his own life and ministry, Bill explains how and why you must live in the unique and power-filled authority of your Divine Destiny. All believers have the authority of Jesus, and that authority is yours to help you be lazer focused in fulfilling your Kingdom purpose in life with confidence.
In 2018 Bill was visited by Holy Spirit while driving along the Salmon River in Idaho. That profound revelation and the amazing confirmations that followed illuminated just what Jesus meant when He said, "out of your inner most being will flow Rivers of Living Waters". This is a teaching vital to committed believers and is probably not what you think it is. It will create clarity and confidence about how you walk out your Purpose for God.
This message came to Bill in a dream where the audible voice of the Lord asked this question: "What are the Force Multipliers of The Kingdom?" The answer changed the way Bill operates in the Kingdom. In this teaching Bill explains how those Force Multipliers expand your capacity for power and authority to flow through you as a son or daughter of God in this fallen world, through your specific Kingdom Destiny.
We are eternal beings in God's Kingdom. Our gifts and calling are eternal and we will live them out forever. What we do in this life with those gifts and our calling creates an "eternal echo" that we can and must develop in this life. It's scientifically proven, and exemplified from Genesis to Revelation.
Jesus gave gifts to men upon His ascension to Heaven. They are specific in their workings, and in their designed results in equipping us for maturity, unity, and effectiveness. Bill teaches the fundamentals of the 5 Equipping Gifts from the standpoint of empowering believers to fulfill their specific predestined roles in Christ's body, both local and universal.
Building our relationship with Holy Spirit is not an option if we are to fulfill the Purposes and Destinies for which God created us. He is our Teacher, Comforter, and Counselor. He is also very specific about how He works with us as individuals with His revelation and gifts. We all have specific spheres of authority and responsibility in God's family through our ordained Destinies. We are to fulfill certain projects and achieve certain goals within those spheres. We are also told not to stray into another's sphere when we are not equipped to do so. This principle is clearly taught in God's Word and will be a source of great confidence to any who understand it's meaning for them personally.
The Bible states that every family gets it's name from the Father. The promise of the covenant we have in Jesus declares our "whole household" will be saved. In the Abrahamic Covenant the blessings of God were to a thousand generations. Every believer's Destiny in the Kingdom of God has generational promises attached to them. This training shares the practical ways your family can flow as one by finding each member's individual Destiny together.
