After 47 years of teaching followers of Jesus how to find and fulfill their God-given purpose and destiny in life I've come to the following emphasis for my ministry:

My Life focus now is to help pastors, as well as ministry, business, and other leaders equip believers to live their specific purpose in God's Kingdom in their local body of Christ and in whatever level of the 7 Spheres of Societal Influence to which they are called.

Every believer's destiny is found in John 15:7-8,16 - We are to abide (have deep relationship) with God and His Word is to abide in us, and we are to bear (bring forth) much Kingdom fruit. These prove we are disciples (students who apply to our lives what we learn). We are chosen (selected by and for God) and appointed (placed) in a specific position in Christ's local body (to bear our fruit there), and that fruit is to remain (continue - implying a legacy of unending fruit).

My calling is to help them do so in the unique way God has ordained for them.

When a follower of Jesus Christ has certainty about their Purpose, clarity about the Destiny it creates, and the confidence to live that Destiny so as to leave a Kingdom Legacy, they will more easily volunteer to serve their local fellowship (church), other ministries, their businesses, and families by filling a void they are Divinely created to fill. That service creates more personal fulfillment, joy, and loyalty - first to God and second to their local body of Christ and whatever ministry they may serve - thereby automatically blessing the leadership of those organizations.

Since 1978 I’ve been teaching and encouraging followers of Christ on a global scale the practical and easy to implement principles of living in the purpose for which God created them. My history as an itinerant evangelist, associate pastor in small and mega churches, Bible teacher, establishing a ministry in Kenya Africa that has reached millions of youth, international marketplace sales team leader, and a corporate executive with an international nutraceuticals company, has uniquely prepared me to come along side leaders of every level and calling. My heart has always been to help leaders increase their reach and effectiveness by empowering their constituents and members. This is done through my books, courses, seminars, webinars, live training events, online courses, and personal ministry and coaching.

The Benefits to leaders and believers are deep and continuous. When people are living in the answers to the questions concerning Certainty of Purpose, Clarity of Destiny, Confidence of Legacy, everything functions at a higher level. Everyone is helped.

I believe every doctrine & promise of God's Kingdom was established and made available to assist us in our Kingdom destinies. Therefore, all of my ministry and teaching in churches, businesses, and organizations is communicated so as to easily relate to both a Leader's Vision and a Believers Destiny, so both enjoy maximum benefit.

For example, if your ministry emphasis is on youth, we have youth resources. If it's on family, we have family resources. If it's on Kingdom "abundance for every good deed" we show how that's attainable. Healing, Holy Spirit gifts, faith in God, covenant realities, and more. Everything I do is to help create congruency between the leaders and their individual believers/members.
